Self Heal (Prunella vulgaris), Cleavers (Galium aparine), Mullein (Verbascum thapsus), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

Self Care Application

To Prepare Loose Leaf Tea

Place 1 tablespoon of Herb Rich Tea into a a glass container
Pour 8 oz heated water over the herbal blend
Let steep 5 minutes.
Strain and pour into a De La Terre Skincare LOVE · PEACE · JOY teacup.
Enjoy hot or cold. Drink 2-3 cups daily as desired.

As a Botanical Skin Treatment

Herb Rich Tea may also be used for topical hydrotherapy (facial wash or compress).
Prepare infusion by following Instructions from above
Pour infusion into a glass bowl
Adjust temperature with water as needed
Moisten cotton or soft cloth and apply gently to skin
May also be added to bath water or used as a restorative foot soak
