Refund Policy

Return Policy: We sell products we believe in.  De La Terre Skincare products are manufactured in the company's state-of-the-art lab.  Our team follows good manufacturing practices which ensures that we deliver the highest quality to our customers. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.  Due to new Covid restrictions, we do not accept products for exchange or return unless they are damaged in transit. If you are not sure if a product is right for your skin, we may be able to provide a sample for you to try first. Contact our office with your request. 

Damage Claims:

We only accept returns and provide refunds for products that have been damaged during shipping.  The office must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Images of the damaged shipping boxes and damaged product must be submitted to De La Terre Skincare for reimbursement from the carrier. Do not throw away the box or content if needed by the shipping carrieras proof of damage. 

All products are shipped within 48 hours of placing an order. De La Terre Skincare will provide you with a tracking number. If you have not received your package in a reasonable time, please contact our customer service team at: so we can assist you.

The customer must notify our office of all discrepancies or shortages within 72 hours of accepting the package from the carrier. Any replacement of goods will not be accepted after that time.

 Please inspect packages upon arrival.

You are required to report any damages, missing items, or missing boxes to both UPS/USPS and De La Terre Skincare within 72 hours of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the UPS/USPS driver and then report it directly to UPS/USPS. UPS/USPS will send someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact UPS to arrange an inspection of your package and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless UPS/USPS has inspected the package. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from UPS/USPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported to our office within 72 hours of the receipt of your order. 828-252-8400
