Self Care Application
To prepare Loose Leaf Tea: Place 1 tablespoons of Herb Rich Tea in French Press. Pour heated water over herbal blend, filling the glass container. Place press in glass container and let steep. After 5-10 minutes, press down the filter and pour into a De La Terre Skincare LOVE - PEACE- JOY teacup. Herb Rich Tea can be enjoyed hot or cold! Drink 2-4 cups a day. Enjoy hot or cold!
As a skin treatment:
Herb Rich Tea may also be used for topical hydrotherapy (facial skin wash). Place 2 tablespoons of loose leaf Herb Rich Tea in French Press. Pour heated water over mixture, filling the glass container. Place press in glass container and let steep. After 5-10 minutes, press the filter down. Pour the infusion into the De La Terre Skincare - LOVE - PEACE- JOY Glassware Bowl. You may add water to regulate temperature. Moisten organic face cloths in infusion.
