Self Care Application
To prepare Loose Leaf Tea: Place 1 tablespoons of Herb Rich Tea in French Press. Pour heated water over herbal blend, filling the glass container. Place press in glass container and let steep. After 5-10 minutes, press down the filter and pour into a De La Terre Skincare LOVE - PEACE- JOY teacup. Herb Rich Tea can be enjoyed hot or cold! Drink 2-4 cups a day. Enjoy hot or cold!
As a skin treatment:
Herb Rich Tea may also be used for topical hydrotherapy (facial skin wash). Place 2 tablespoons of loose leaf Herb Rich Tea in French Press. Pour heated water over mixture, filling the glass container. Place press in glass container and let steep. After 5-10 minutes, press the filter down. Pour the infusion into the De La Terre Skincare - LOVE - PEACE- JOY Glassware Bowl. You may add water to regulate temperature. Moisten organic face cloths in infusion. Next apply compressions gently over skin. Herb Rich Tea may also be used in bath water for full body bathing or enjoyable feet soak.
